Private Suites
Our private suites are designed to have a dedicated living room as well as a separate bedroom with access directly onto a garden walking path on either side of the suite. The private suite comes with two full-size built-in closets with built-in drawers and shelving, an expansive bathroom with roll-in shower, a kitchenette with a granite-top wet bar, stainless steel appliances such as refrigerator and microwave, pantry space, as well as two flat-screen TVs. For additional privacy, there are rolling barn-style doors to close off the bedroom from the rest of the suite.
While the suites are outfitted with a plethora of lighting options, we put immense value on natural light, so we ensured all suites have large windows to be able to view the courtyards and gardens sitting just beyond their front door. The access to natural light and the high ceilings combined provide a spacious, open-air feeling.
All of our suites have central air conditioning utilizing the latest in energy efficient technology and management that allows resident custom settings as well as individual controls for optimal comfort.
In an effort to prevent falls, our lighting can be activated either manually or by motion detectors to illuminate the space in the night. In the event a resident needs anything, emergency or not, all suites are outfitted with several pull cord stations that trigger an immediate response from staff 24/7. Check in stations are also installed in each suite to ensure staff are checking on all residents at the scheduled intervals for safety checks at night at the residents desire. Our suites and community as a whole are also outfitted with state-of-the-art emergency motion detecting alarm systems to ensure resident safety.
Our bathrooms are designed to be ADA compliant and include granite countertops, wall mounted fold down stainless steel and soft cushion shower seat, storage cabinet, mirrors, and a plethora of grab bars throughout to promote restroom independence and safety.Complimentary, we offer our proprietary designer body wash and shampoo in convenient wall dispensers above our non-skid shower and bathroom floors.
Finally, our community has worked with furniture designers for years to design furniture specifically for an elderly audience. This includes recliners in every room with vinyl leather upholstery that is impervious and stain resistant. The height of the seat and arms are designed for residents to be able to stand with minimal effort. Our suites come fully furnished including a twin bed set, night stands, reclining chairs, end tables, table lamps and artwork. Families have the option of having it completely furnished, not furnished at all, or pick-and-choose individual pieces they’d like. We also offer two 40” flat screen TV’s with over 40 network channels, one in-house channel, and WiFi for streaming at no cost.
Private Rooms
Our Suites are designed to allow sharing with companions, each person to have their own dedicated room with direct access to the exterior garden walking path on either side of the suite. The private room option comes fully furnished as mentioned for the Suites and with full size built-in closet with built-in drawers and shelving, a 40” smart TV. The expansive bathroom with roll-in shower, a kitchenette with granite top wet bar, stainless steel appliances including under counter refrigerator and microwave will be shared.
Each bedroom has a rolling barn-style door offering privacy from the rest of the suite. The only shared aspect of a private room is the restroom and kitchenette, allowing each resident their own living space complete with bedroom and lounging space.
