Design & Safety
Our community is organized into four closely-knit neighborhoods, each arranged around a central clubhouse. While this fosters a close sense of community, it also purposefully minimizes walking distances and makes it easy for residents with varying mobility levels to navigate the whole of our facility. We know that safety is a paramount concern for families, and we address this through a secure perimeter with minimal entrances and exits. The only way into the facility is by talking to our receptionist or using a code to enter.
Even in their rooms, residents are protected. Each room contains accessible pull cords for residents to alert staff of emergencies, who immediately come to the room and respond. Each resident can also control the specifics of their room thermostat to make their life at home as comfortable as possible.
In addition to safety, we focus on creating serene outdoor spaces that residents love to relax in. Our courtyards feature a koi fishpond complete with a viewing bridge, a shaded gazebo, and plenty of walking paths for residents to explore. We designed these areas with ease of access in mind, and all residents can safely enjoy the outdoors.

Our facility offers distinct dining areas, each designed with a restaurant-style setup to make every meal a culinary delight and a social event. Every resident is different, but they will all love our food and atmosphere, with vaulted ceilings and panoramic views enhancing each meal.
