Hi, this is Sara. I am at A Banyan Residence in the Villages, and I’m going to talk to you about how to Keep Residents Engaged.
Right when a resident moves in, we know exactly who they are and what they like. So we have a team of three activities coordinators that are here to provide enrichment, seven days a week. And then the caregivers are here to provide total accountability for care. And so they help with toileting, bathing, you know, even their hair brushed, their teeth brushed, getting dressed in the morning, anything that they need.
