Seeking an individual to join our Marketing team ahead of our Grand Opening. We are a family-run Assisted Living/Memory Care facility that has expanded into The Villages area. We are a 120-bed facility that will be opening in January, however are in immediate need of marketers to begin raising awareness of our property ahead of opening.

We are looking for an established individual that has local experience in the health care space. Our community is in need of someone who can add value on Day 1 through connections to their local counterparts to source referrals for new residents. Our ideal candidate is someone who is very personable, organized, persistent, and business-minded. It is also someone who can work independently but also works well with direction.

The position reports directly to the Marketing Director.

Compensation package includes a base salary plus commissions. The pay structure is skewed to be commission-dominant, so performance and volume of new residents will dramatically affect total compensation. A marketer’s commission is their own and not shared with anyone other team member.

Responsible for building and maintaining Assisted Living occupancy through the implementation of a facility marketing plan and application of sales techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedules and conducts face-to-face sales calls to qualified referral sources.
  • Develops pre-call plans and utilizes the IMPACT sales process to obtain referrals.
  • Enters all sales call activity and results into MyALFManager.
  • Invites referral sources for tours or to attend events at the facility.
  • Represents the facility through community involvement and networking, as appropriate (i.e. boards, committees, Organizations and Associations)
  • Initiates and Develops a Quarterly Marketing Action Plan for the facility with coordinator involvement. Outlines specific Action Steps that are consistent with company goals.
  • Completes monthly marketing report which details all referral activity to the facility.
  • Maintains current data base and develops monthly topical mailings to inquiry leads.
  • Works with Marketing Director in the development of print advertisement.
  • Plans and carries-out facility events such as seminars and Open Houses with coordinator involvement.
  • Visits prospective residents and evaluates for move-in appropriateness, when required. Coordinates and schedules assessments.
  • Inspects resident room for readiness prior to their arrival to the facility.
  • Handles all pre move-in paperwork and distributes to the appropriate department.
