The private suites provide residents with a private bedroom that can be closed off from the living room. The suite is equipped with two full-size closets with built-in drawers and shelving, a spacious bathroom with a roll-in shower, a kitchenette with a granite countertop and stainless steel appliances, and two flat-screen TVs. All suites feature large windows to let in natural light and provide a lovely view of the courtyard and gardens -as well as direct access to a walking path outside the room.
Lighting is activated either manually or by motion detectors to ensure adequate illumination in the evening and overnight. All suites are equipped with several pull cord stations to alert staff of any need no matter the hour. Check-in stations are also built into each apartment to ensure personnel is performing regular safety checks at the scheduled intervals. The suites and facility have state-of-the-art emergency motion-detecting alarm systems installed for resident safety.
There are two restaurant-style dining rooms that allow for intimate meals with friends. Dining rooms feature vaulted ceilings with chandeliers and panoramic bay windows overlooking the gardens and courtyards. Meals are prepared with nutrition and quality in mind and are served three times per day. In addition, the bistro offers sandwiches, tea, coffee makers, and warmers to allow for a casual dining experience whenever a resident may desire an occasional drink, sandwich, or dessert outside on the grounds.
