So this is one of our suites that we offer on property. It is currently set up as a private suite, but the same unit can be turned into a shared suite.
With the shared suite, this would be your own private bedroom. You would share the bathroom and the kitchen in the middle, and then there will be another bedroom on the other side. The fortunate part about this is that it does offer somebody to have a roommate and companionship, but still privacy because you have these barn doors that close, and then you do have your own door to the outside.
Something for you to know is that it does come fully furnished. So for residents moving in, it is moving ready. But something also to know is that you can bring in your own furniture, and so some residents do. They bring in their favorite lounge chair, their own mattress. But it is fully furnished for you to move in.
This is our kitchenette. So every suite does have a kitchenette offered in it. It just offers a mini fridge, some countertop space with a sink, and then a microwave. So residents can keep their own snacks, their own drinks in their rooms as they like.
So this is our bathroom. This is a nice spacious area for residents to come in. We have a shower behind me. That’s a walk-in shower with no thresholds, which is actually true of the entire facility. There is a bench built into the wall so people can sit down when they take a shower. There’s a pull cord in each bathroom and grab bars throughout the entire area so that anybody with a wheelchair or walker can easily navigate around the bathroom.
